Went for Sunday Brunch (yes, their: '1st day 1st show' experiment with Brunch); otherwise a Dinner venue.
This is a ~40 cover, 2 levels, fine dine restaurant in the by-lanes of Fontainhas.
Sister concern of 'Padaria Prazares' (Caranzalem). This place is run hands-on by celebrated Chef Ralph Prazares.
We ordered:
Drinks: Cold coffee Latte.
Entrée: Waffle Royale (egg Benedict with salmon) - v yummy.
Bearnaise beef steak (tender medium rare slices of beef with wine sause) - awesome.
Dessert: Sticky toffee (yummy).
Chef Ralph was very approachable for guidance.
Very pleasant & caring service staff made the experience memorable.
They have a Bar on 1st level, with live music some nights.
Overall we had a Super experience at this fine-dine Continental restaurant.
Highly recommended to try out.

We are die hard fans of the Prazeres family. One of our favourite restaurants in their Padaria Prazeres.sublime sandwiches and egg tarts better than those you get in Lisbon.
They now have Pravda Prazeres. Pushing the boundaries with their spectacular food. The menu is progressive, safe and modern. We got the steak, the grilled chicken with mash, the gnocchi, the prawn cocktail and for desserts, the chocolate mousse and rice pudding with mango.
The meats were cooked to perfection and balanced just right with the creamiest and most perfect mash. The gnocchi was a star- the Goan spicy sausage burnt to perfection with crisped edges of the gnocchi and the mousse..it was a heavenly sin.
We are not only coming back but also telling all our friends about this sublime experience

Had lunch here with my wife. We ordered the lamb croquettes as starter, which were good. For the main course we ordered, the spaghetti with chicken meatballs and roast chicken. Both the dishes were delicious. The spaghetti was cooked to perfection, not too soft, not too hard, and was really juicy. The meatballs were really juicy too. The chicken roast was also scrumptious. For the desert we ordered the cheese cake and Chocolate mousse both of which were fantastic. Overall a very good experience. Do check out your budget as this is a fine dine restaurant and is priced slightly on the higher side. But it is worth it. A small suggestion to the restaurant to include more chicken dishes as a significant portion of the menu contained beef and pork dishes. There were very few options available for us to order from as we don't ear pork/beef.

Hands down the best restaurant we visited during our entire one-week trip to Goa. The food was exceptional — every dish was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. The ambience was just perfect — relaxed, vibrant, and tastefully done, creating the ideal setting for a great afternoon out.
A special shoutout to Tarini, who truly made our experience memorable. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain the menu in detail and helped us customise a dish — the Aglio e Olio pasta — by adding a touch of cream, just the way we wanted it. It turned out to be one of the best things we had on the trip!
Highly recommend this place if you're in Goa — great food, amazing service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. We'll definitely be back!

While we were already stuffed and tired, my friend had insisted we check this spot out. We’re so glad we did! The little alley the restaurant is located in is pretty, the restaurant itself will transport you to Europe. The ambience and services are outstanding. We were greeted by Kevin who is so warm and helpful that we decided to at least get a dessert. Since we’re strictly vegetarian we were only able to try the apply-ever-after but oh-my-god, it was fantastic! The burrata salad with a home made mango jam was also really good. We checked out the bar upstairs, even though we don’t drink, and can only imagine how enjoyable the setting is. The chefs and Kevin took great care of us and we will be certain to return when we visit Goa again!

Finally got to try Chef Ralph’s cooking, and it did not disappoint. We started with the beef carpaccio—salty, fresh, umami-rich, and delicious. The citrus ceviche, baked Brie, and chicken liver pâté were all absolutely 10/10.
Special shoutout to the beef croquettes—crispy on the outside, with smoking-hot, delicious meat on the inside. 1000/10.
The roast chicken was a knockout, and the steak with chimichurri was melt-in-your-mouth goodness—pure perfection. The tiramisu was light, creamy, and beautiful, but the Basque cheesecake with raspberry coulis was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.
Kevin was super helpful, and we left with full hearts and full stomachs.

The food was stunning, an explosion of flavours melting in your mouth. The beef tenderlion was spectacular , topped by a pepper sauce. The spaghetti with meatballs was no less as well as the fish and gnochhi. The head chef, Nehan was extremely focused and made all of our dishes fabulously. The desserts were no exception, the sticky toffee pudding was out of this world and the cheesecake was too. Ralph was extremely kind and warm hearted, and gave us a chocolate mouse on the house. The service was very good, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The atmoshpere was great, tables were flling in and the vibe was high. Overall this resturant is amazing, and I would love to come here again.

Praca Prazeres is a hidden gem we stumbled upon while taking an evening stroll, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The ambiance is charming and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. One of the most unique aspects of this place is its daily menu, which the staff personally explains to each table, giving a sense of warmth and personalization to the dining experience.
While the vegetarian options were limited, each dish(my fav Truffle Chips) was crafted with care and bursting with flavor. As vegetarians, we were delighted by the attention to detail in the few but exceptional choices available. The freshness of the ingredients and the creativity in preparation made the meal stand out. Overall, the combination of a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food made for a memorable evening. If you're in the area, Praca Prazeres is a must-visit!

There's Fine Dining and then there's just culinary experience, if you are into the latter, do visit Praca Prazares.
Here's my review of this place:
Pros:
1. Food: Amazing, we went for Dinner and ordered 2 starters and 1 Main course and every single one of them was just perfect. The reason I will give this 4.2 out (and I am just not picking here, they should include a bit more veg dishes)..(4.2/5)
2. Ambience: Chic, located in one of the most amazing places in Goa - Fontainas, this is just a hidden gem.(4.5/5)
3. Customer service: Amazing, the host, CDP, CDC was quite polite and attentive. Heats off to chef Ralph Prazeres for maintaining the high standards. (6/5)
Cons:
1. Bar Menu: Could have more Signature cocktails. (4/5)
Verdict: (4.5/5)
Overall verdict: Praca Prazares is already in my list of restaurants which I will be visiting again.

Praça Prazares, tucked away in the lanes of Fontainhas, is one of those places that feels like a quiet discovery. We started with the baked brie with mango, a rich and creamy dish with a lovely hint of sweetness that didn’t overpower. The cheddar and mushroom croquettes were perfectly crisp and comforting, while the Tuna Niçoise was light, fresh, and well-balanced. The roast chicken was simple and perfectly cooked—exactly what you’d hope for. We ended with the sticky toffee pudding, which was everything it should be: warm, indulgent, and satisfying. It’s the kind of spot where the food, the setting, and the atmosphere all work together effortlessly.

What a delish surprise. While visiting panjim Fonteinhas Quarter, we discovered this lovely Place mid afternoon and decided to return for Dinner same day. The female Head of kitchen, obviously owner as well, greeted us and explained the menu, written on a chalkboard. We opted for the cevice & chicken-liver-pate as starters and could not have choosen any better. I still have the fine bitter aftertaste of the pate on my palate. Main course was a Fishfilet perfectly, crisp pan fried, on its skin, with classic beurre blanc. A dish to die for. We were than escorted to the hidden bar upstairs for a Tequila-Shot. We are not Bar People but if you are, the Place is magical with funny and talkative Barstaff. We finished with a mango-meringue and chocolat mousse. Did i mention the open kitchen already? Service was straight from the heart and knowledge about the concept & dishes.
Well Done guys we will defintly return.

As Praça Prazeres regulars, we were very excited to hear that La Panthera from Mumbai was coming to Praça for a Pop-up. We booked a week in advance, and Praça Prazeres surely lived upto our expectations.
We loved everything we ordered, but here are some standout dishes:
Chef Ralph & Chef Manuel’s Pastel de Nata Pizza (we LOVE the Pastel de Nata from Padaria Prazeres and so we had to try this out!)
Chef Ralph’s Tenderloin with Chimichurri
Chef Manuel’s Grilled Sea Bass and Charred Octopus
I 100% recommend visiting Praça Prazeres whenever you’re in Panaji.
It was great to experience two excellent restaurants together!

We recently had the pleasure of lunching at Praca Prazeres, and the food was outstanding from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a memorable meal.
A special shoutout goes to our servers, Arnold and Kathya, who truly made our visit exceptional. They were incredibly knowledgeable and hands-on with the menu, guiding us through their recommendations and ensuring we had the best possible experience. Their attention to detail and warm, friendly service did not go unnoticed.
Additionally, they were amazing with our little baby Louis, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their thoughtful and attentive care added a personal touch that made our visit even more special.
I highly recommend Praca Prazeres for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and top-notch service. Arnold and Kathya are true assets to the restaurant, and we can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic lunch today at Praça Prazeres in Panaji & La Panthera restaurant’s pop-up appearance from Mumbai. The hospitality and ambience were top-notch . The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish.
The food was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t get enough of Chef Ralph Prazeres and Chef Manuel Olveira’s Pastel de Nata Pizza - such a creative and unusual idea, but it works perfectly! Chef Ralph’s Red Amaranth Salad and Duck & Cheddar Croquettas were simply excellent. Chef Manuel’s Neapolitan-style Tartufo Pizza made the mushroom lover in me super excited, and his Tiramisu La Panthera Way was the best Tiramisu I’ve ever tasted - totally worth the hype my friends in Mumbai rave about.
The cocktails were also fantastic. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I’d definitely recommend Praça Prazeres for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and warm hospitality in Goa.

We dined at Praca Prazares and were greeted by the exceptionally warm and welcoming staff. The open kitchen setup allowed us to watch the chef prepare our meals, adding a delightful touch to the experience. We began with the pork ribs croquettes, which were outstanding, and the Pork Belly chips, which had the perfect crunch. For our main courses, we enjoyed the parmigiana with eggplant and the mushroom orzo—both dishes were simply exquisite. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the chocolate mousse, which was incredibly creamy and indulgent.
Praca Prazares is a gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
~ Sherlyn G
Praça Prazeres is my brother and sister-in-law’s restaurant, and while I may be biased, the food truly speaks for itself. Every dish is made with so much care and heart, and it shows in every bite.
The seafood orzo is a must-try — comforting, rich, and packed with flavour. The roast chicken is always juicy, the beef tenderloin steak is cooked to perfection, and the croquettas disappear from the table in minutes. I also love the seafood plancha, crispy pork belly, chicken liver pâté, and the crispy, wholesome amaranth salad — there’s something for every kind of craving.
Save space for dessert — the chocolate sea salt mousse is a favourite of mine, and the sticky toffee pudding is pure comfort. And if you’re into cocktails, you can’t miss the Picante and Paloma — my go-tos every single time.
So proud of what he’s built here. Praça Prazeres is a place made with love, passion, and really good food — and it’s one I’ll always recommend. ♥️

Had an excellent evening at this restaurant. They are very warm and welcoming. Navigating an European menu can be challenge for Indians. The place doesn’t judge and with great detail they explain the dish. As advertised fuss free European cuisine. All the dishes we order were just superb and the ingredients used were top. It has a dynamic menu with good options for veg and non veg both. Thursdays and Saturdays they run live music which adds to the vibe. If you want a quiet dinner you can go for any of the other days.
~ Mahesh J
Nestled in the retro indo portuguesesque housing galleys is this French restaurant. If you have a non masala palatte this place is perfect for you.
Initially we ordered 2 kombucha drinks, forgot the brand but the taste was amazing with one having kokum base as seen in the pics.
Furthermore just ordered Seafood plancha for starters followed with Pan roast fish beurre blanc and slow cooked pulled lamb. Biggest mistake we made was we ordered beurre blanc roasted fish which had same butter flavour like plancha but no regrets as the combination still hit better. The pulled lamb was amazingly plated as well plus we wanted to avoid carbs hence went for proteins.
For dessert had sticky toffee, it's a must have and it hits the right chord with aptly sweet, salty and caramelly if that's a word. Would've given a 4.5 rating but well it deserved the 5 due to the polite and helpful staff. Ambience was okayish and the ac was slightly not doing its work on a hot summer afternoon.
Would recommend to surely try their inhouse coctails, we weren't able to try that as we had work after lunch.
~ Rohit B
I would give this restaurant a clear 5 stars. Simply.because we really enjoyed every part of the evening here. The food was really good, especially the amaranth and rice salad. The only rub is that portions are somewhat small. The service was very good. The place is a little tight but in zgoa one calls that quaint and also enjoys the coziness.
So I would really recommend a meal here on ones next trip to Goa.
Parking in Panjim can be somewhat tough.

Great food. Ordered a couple of starters and soup. All spot on with the beetroot carpaccio and the seafood starter. Mains were a gnocchi with chorizo, (8/10), lamb with a carrot puree (10/10) roast chicken (7/10) tasted great but felt under dressed compared to the other mains. Fish with Romesco sauce (7/10) was a little dry. Decent portions. Fairly good service. Not too expensive considering what was on the table. Would recommend highly. Really genuine setup. Overall a 9/10.
~ Rajiv K
Brilliant extension of their patisserie ‘Padaria Prazares’, conceived with love and presented with flair. Very cozy and offbeat interiors with the ground floor boasting a classy bistro look but the first floor is where all the fun is! Very warm boudoir vibe with a looooooong bar and vinyl couches to enjoy amazing cocktails and delectable bites. Perfect huddling space with your crew. Menu changes often to keep things interesting. Mixologist knows what he’s doing. Nuff said 😎
~ Sumeet B
I would give them more stars if I could. The food and drinks were fantastic. European and some modern take of traditional Goan food. The stake was tender and juicy, the Goan sausage gnocci was delicious with melt in the mouth gnocci. All 3 desserts were perfect. Especially the sticky pudding and cheesecake were to die for. They provided a high chair for or 9month baby and also some creamy mashed potato for her. Friendly staff, quick service and Christmas atmosphere made for a memorable meal.

Definitely one of the best European /Western restaurant I have been to in India. The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned and not localised to appeal to the local palate/tastes. The service by Anand was attentive, and he knew his stuff when it came to the dishes on tbe menu. Slight issue with 2 incorrect items being added to our bill by a different waiter. It was sorted, but he didn't apologise for it, which was a bit disappointing. But, that wouldn't stop us from going back!

Fantastic food and drinks! The hype is real! Can't wait to go back, maybe with a reservation this time.😊 Went without one and was seated at the bar, which was a tad dark (could do with more lighting?) and noisy, due to it's small size (one loud group's conversation filled the entire room). But their cocktails and food more than made up for it. Their potato skin starter is fab! And their seafood pasta too. Tried the chorizo gnocchi, which was also great. Definitely recommend going here!
